Materials and finishing
Our published material list includes carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel, aluminium sheet and copper alloys. Depending on the material and part, finishing options include powder coating, passivation, conversion coating, black oxide and polishing. Tell us the required finish, appearance and corrosion performance so we can assess the full route.
Inspection and production planning
We review critical dimensions, weld requirements, material traceability and any approval or inspection documents against the project specification. There is no single fixed minimum order quantity for every job; tooling and unit economics vary with volume.
