Production capacity and quoting questions
What monthly production volume can Sunbright handle?
Our current production capacity exceeds 500,000 pieces per month across facilities. Available capacity and lead time depend on the part, process and schedule; include your forecast when requesting a quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not apply a fixed minimum order quantity across all projects. Send the drawing, material and estimated run size so we can assess feasibility and pricing.
Can you review a custom or non-standard component?
Yes. We can review custom drawings and discuss design for manufacturing, materials, processes and inspection requirements before quoting.
How is process consistency checked?
For applicable critical dimensions, our process capability target is Cpk 1.33. We agree the inspection plan and acceptance criteria for each project; ask us which records and reports are available for your part.
Can you deliver to our production location?
We can discuss delivery to locations in China and internationally. Include the destination, expected quantity and required shipping terms in your enquiry.
