Project controls can include incoming material records, in-process checks and dimensional inspection with coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). Incoming material lots are identified and linked to mill certificates and Material Test Reports (MTRs), supporting multi-year traceability from stock to finished components. Confirm the records and retention period required by your project during supplier qualification.
Comprehensive In-House IP Safeguarding
Core machining, manufacturing and assembly work is carried out in-house. Some secondary processes may use specialist subcontractors. Tell us your drawing, confidentiality and subcontracting requirements so they can be addressed in the project agreement.
Global Logistics & Export Seamlessness
Sunbright can discuss air or sea freight for international orders and delivery within China. Shipping route, documentation, lead time and terms depend on the destination and project. Include these requirements in your production enquiry.
Commercial Reliability & Governance
Quotations consider material, processing time, inspection and the agreed specification. Qualified procurement teams can ask about customer references and the records available for supplier review. Current standard payment options include a Letter of Credit or a 50% deposit, with the balance after independent inspection before export; confirm the terms in the written quotation.
